By Shawn Rice (September 23, 2021, 5:02 p.m. EDT) – Cincinnati Insurance Co. has won seven coronavirus dismissals in federal courts in Tennessee and Pennsylvania, but a Missouri federal judge cleared a restaurant owner and from bar in Kansas City to head to a lawsuit against the insurer over its business income coverage claim.

Campbell Jr. of the Middle District of Tennessee on Wednesday ruled that the presence of the coronavirus had caused no physical loss or damage to Nashville restaurants and a dental office.
